Amaz Global Wines began its business journey as a vineyard and winery. With increasing customer demand, we rapidly outgrew the vineyard. We forged strong and trustworthy relationships with neighboring wineries and vignerons from key Australian wine growing regions, allowing us to expand our services as a 'one-stop solution'.

Ken Waldron

FOUNDER & STRATEGY ADVISER & TYNAN'S VIEW PREMIUM WINES OWNER

Ken has over 30 years' experience in business strategy consulting and his passion is for the SME sector. His biggest clients are some of the top companies in the agricultural business sector in Australia. From the 1990s, Ken has been involved in vineyard development projects in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia. He also purchased a boutique vineyard in the Padthaway region in South Australia, where he started the Tynan's View vineyard brand. Ken is one of Australia's pioneering exporters to Asian markets. Ken now owns farms in both Queensland, Australia and Mache, Italy, travelling between both countries, and supporting the AMAZ team in the overseas market.

Jenny Lai

MANAGING DIRECTOR & JOINT FOUNDER

Jenny has a great passion for wine and this passion has helped to chart her professional and executive career, firstly with formal academic training in the wine business, and then as an executive working with leading wine companies in Australia and Asia.
Jenny has set herself a lifetime goal to visit all the great wine regions of the world, as well as the more remote, unique and boutique producing regions. As a result, the famous wine regions of the world such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne in France, Veneto, Tuscany ,le Marche and Abruzzo in Italy are familiar to her. And of course, it goes without saying that is an expert in the wine regions of both Australia and New Zealand.
After almost 10 years working as a senior marketing executive with leading Australian wine companies, Jenny decided to branch out on her own and build a global wine marketing and services organisation. Thus, in 2016 Amaz Global Wines was born and continues to grow its global footprint of brands, services and quality products.
Jenny has a Bachelors Degree majoring in Wine Marketing. She is also an advanced The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) certified wine professional.

Naomi Li

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Naomi is a highly experienced Business Development Executive, having worked in international trade and with multinational companies for close to 20 years.
Naomi's journey in the wine industry began in 2009 as a Sales Manager for a small entrepreneurial Australian wine company. Her success as a sales builder and her rapidly developing passion for wine saw her successfully transition into a senior marketing role in the China division of one of Australia's top 20 wine businesses. During this period, Naomi made extensive visits to Australia for training and to explore Australia's key wine regions and wineries.
In 2013, Naomi was asked by the vigneron and owner of the boutique south Australian winery “Tynan's View Premium Wines” to become the company's sales director for the whole of China. When AMAZ Global wines took over managing Tynans View China sales, Naomi followed the brand.
"The customer always comes first" is Naomi's overriding business principle. Her focus on customer satisfaction makes her the best sales account manager for us.
Naomi lives in Guangzhou, China. In addition to tertiary business training, Naomi is also a WSET accredited wine professional.

Joyce Mai

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Joyce Mai has a strong and well-developed knowledge on the wine industry. Her journey in this sector began with an Italian wine company seeking to develop its presence in China.
When assisting a good friend at a wine marketing event, the Italian company immediately offered her a job as a wine Marketing Manager. She has remained employed with the same firm ever since.
Joyce is a highly competent manager and business development executive. She is skilled at hosting client and business functions and is often called on for her English translator and interpreter skills.
Joyce lives in Guangzhou, China. She has tertiary level training in business marketing and is a WSET accredited wine professional.

Amy Lim

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Amy plays a very important role in Amaz Global Wines and she is the queen for production and logistics.
Hailing from Penang, Malaysia, she is fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese.
Amy has previously worked in one of the biggest bottling companies in Adelaide. Her attention to detail and her experience and knowledge from transport to production, and all export documents make her a valuable member of the AMAZ team.
